Finer dining:

Saint Germain: tasting menu restaurant in Bywater, gorgeous cuisine, super innovative, great wine program, amazing atmosphere. Where Pete worked and where we’re getting married! Chefs were just featured in Food & Wine best chefs 2023 and James Beard finalists

Saba: mediterranean food of dreams

Mosquito Supper Club: Louisiana native Melissa King’s gorgeous tasting menu restaurant celebrating the cuisine of the state.  Pete and I love the communal dining option! Hands down one of the best dining experiences of our whole lives

More everyday:

⁃ Turkey & the Wolf: Amazing sandwiches that aren’t po boys. Super cool owner who treats his staff right. Kind of insane food but done really well, super playful

⁃ Addis: Ethiopian gloriousness

⁃ Bacchanal: make sure a band is playing when you go! Perfect for large parties, better that way actually. Super casual environment, Nola as hell, great wine

⁃ Fritai: Haitian food, rum drinks, divine. Laaaaid back. One of our favorite restaurants … ever. Every time we’re in NOLA we go

⁃ Margot’s: amazing wood fired pizza, Negroni selection and BTG wine, perfect neighborhood spot (Bywater)

⁃ Sneaky Pickle: all veg menu, great cocktails for not super expensive, best jungle bird we’ve ever had, Bywater gem

⁃ Bar Sukeban: Best sushi meal I’ve ever had. Jackie (the owner) is a nut and so badass, we’re lucky to consider her a friend. Blew us away!

⁃ Sylvain: French Quarter cocktail bar that’s low lights and gorgeous
